I do not accept NSFW commissions for anyone under 19 years old. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Once the artwork is delivered, I am not responsible for how it is used.

Accepted Payment Methods: VGen, Stripe, Ko-fi, and PayPal.

Currency: All payments are in USD.

Payment Policy:

Full payment is required upfront for most commissions.

For commissions over 150 USD, you have the option to pay 50% at the start and the remaining 50% after the Flat Color phase.

Refunds are processed through the platform used for payment (VGen, Stripe, Ko-fi, or PayPal).

The refund amount will depend on the progress of the artwork:

100% if still in the thumbnail / early sketch stage.

Down to 20% if the artwork is in the final rendering stage.

The final refund amount is determined by the artist based on time invested.

Major Changes (more than 15 minutes): significant pose adjustments, lighting changes, object removal, etc.

Minor Changes (less than 5 minutes): color corrections, small details, or minor lighting tweaks.

No further changes are accepted after approving each phase.

Delivery time may vary depending on complexity and requested changes.

For custom commissions, you may choose a deadline within the available schedule.

I collect the following information: name or username, email address, payment details, and commission references.

This data is used only to process your order, create the artwork, communicate with you, and send invoices.

I never sell or share your data with third parties, except when necessary to process payment (VGen, Stripe, Ko-fi, PayPal) or to comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your data once the commission is complete.

I reserve the right to update these terms to improve the service. You will be notified of any significant changes.

Any unauthorized alteration of the artwork or removal of the watermark without permission will result in loss of refund eligibility.

Attempting to negotiate the price in exchange for favors, services, or goods is not allowed.

Serious violations may result in being blacklisted and termination of the commission.
